RTN is always looking for new partnerships with private, public and civil society partners that use RTN network as a delivery channel for products, services and information. Be an entrepreneur / RTN Agent

With the increasing availability of digital services, The ICT sector is offering great opportunities to those who want to create their jobs. RTN is there to help you to become an entrepreneur by offering various online services. By being part of RTN and Irembo network, entrepreneurs will be able offer a wide range of government to citizens services (G2C), Business to Citizes services (B2C) and get other support including but not limited to knowledge sharing and capacity building opportunities as well as technical support. Volunteer with us

At RTN we value the work done by volunteers. A dedicated volunteer can contribute in different ways: Provide support in ICT related needs, Research, Marketing and outreach, Capacity building of Telecentre managers and staff. Mr Konrad Karpieszuk from Poland worked with RTN from 01/08/08 to 14/11/2008. Facilitated by Polish Cooperation Development centre (CDC) Konrad provided great contribution to RTN during its most difficult time. Konrad made contribution in designing and implemented the project “Increasing access to ICT services and Skills in Rwanda”. Under this project more than 300 people were training ICT skills in Bugesera District and more than 70 Telecentres managers benefited from Training of Trainers (TOT) in ICT skills.

Juriaan Deumer is from the Netherlands worked with RTN from July to September 2010.Jurian made great contribution in developing “Handbook for 1,000 Telecentres in Rwanda”. The book describes a roadmap to deploy large number of Telecentres in Rwanda. Juriaan is an expert in the field of strategic planning and implementation as a management consultant based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Oliver Heinen is a computer scientist and software developer from Koblenz, Germany and co-founder of „Förderverein IT Ruanda e.V.“. He graduated in 2005, after a half year stay in Rwanda, where he wrote his Master‘s thesis in a research project in Butare, assessing the potentials of ICT usage in vulgarizing research findings. Since then he has been frequently visiting Rwanda. From Novembre 2017, Oliver is supporting RTN in digitalizing its day to day work. He loves and tries hard to master Kinyarwanda and is author of the Kinyarwanda-German dictionary that can be found under www.kinyarwanda.de.
