Starting November 2021, RTN in partnership with Carousel Ltd is driving the national lottery through its agents network under the brand ”INZOZI LOTTO”. Carousel Ltd is a duly registered company that has been awarded the license to operate the national lottery for 10 years via Public-Private Partnership Agreement signed with the Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Sports and Rwandan Development Board. Inzozi lotto services are currently available at RTN service access points and we are committed to make them accessible across the country.
